If you have installed it, then return for exchange/refund is not supported as we can not sell it as brand new unit anymore.
If it’s Not installed then you will need to send the product back as requested, and pay the shipping fees. Kind reminder: Products must be returned in the condition they were received in. We reserve the right to refuse returned items, if you have open and installed it or are not in a resalable condition when returned.
After 14 days Return for exchange or refund are not supported.

Please check the parcel before signing. If the product is damaged during transit, please make a note on the carrier’s delivery bill, take photo as evidence and contact us within 5 days.
